Eating healthy foods, like bread, eggs, fruit,
vegetables and you need excise, and that helps your body really healthy.
social
Play with your friends talk to your friends like I play badminton with my friend Lazer,
we are happy and healthy get some excise.
emotional
You need to be happy every day,
and don’t be angry if you be angry is not really good for your body.
spiritual
Sometimes you read the book and play games at night, is not really healthy,
it hurt your brains very much and is not healthy to you too.
