My favourite sentence:
  1. The lonely and helpless spaceman is sad as he is surrounded by the satisfying milky way because he can’t see his love ones, space with stars as bright night lights and far as my eyes could see was darkness in the distance like a black.

Sea level rise

Aim; To look at the different ways we can prevent climate change in the future.

What places will be effected?
Islands, the homes near the coast, the road near the water or sea.

What else do we need to think about?
When the sea-level come up the people will drink sold water.

What other places around NZ will be affected?
Perfect islands.

What does this do to our drinking water?
Our drinking water will be sold waters.

What are the main concerns?

    1.   The sea-level rise 2 or 4 meters and the near seas city, the city will in the water.
    2.   The sea-level rise the people near the sea will drink sold water.

What can we do?
  1. Use more public transport.
  2. Use more electric cars or cars that don't produce carbon.
  3. Do not through plastic bag or trash in the sea.

What is the one, silver bullet solution?
nothing.

What is the mix of things we need to start doing?
  1.   Stop through trash in the sea or land.
  2.   Using electric cars ( if you can ).
  3.   Build more public transport.
What are 3 others you can think of?
  1. Take bus to school, walk or bike.
  2. Not use oil cars, use electric cars ( if you can )
  3. Not through rubbish in the sea.

    Energy save and zero waste

    ENERGY SAVING TIPS FILM

    Name 2 of the tips.

    1.   Walk or bike to school.
    2.   Go more travel.

    Video questions:

What has human activity done to our planet?

Food waste, cars make co2, trash and these things all make CO2, and our planet will get worst and worst.

    What is Zero Waste?
Definition: Use the least trash if you can.

What stuff has a carbon footprint?

    Car, trash, food waste.
What are 2 easy things to help our planet?
    1.   Not waste food and least or no trash.
    2.   More walk and least cars.
What do we need to recycle?

    1. Trash and food waste.
    2. paper and box.

    To make a solar-powered oven

Aim: To make a solar-powered oven.

    Materials:

    1. A pizza box
    2. Cello tape
    3. Tinfoil
    4. Black plastic
    5. Vivid
    6. Ruler
    7. Stick
    8. Newspaper
    9. Glad wrap
    10. Scissors
    Steps:
    1.   use scissors to cut out a little square on the top of the pizza box, but don't cut out all top, just cut out the square in the middle of the pizza box, and mack suer is not too big or too small
    2.  put tinfoil around the square that you have cut.
    3.   use tape to tape around the square and mack sure you tape the tinfoil together with the square and mack suer that is tight.
    4.   open the pizza box, and put the plastic wrap at the top of the pizza box lid, but mack sure you use the tape to tape the plastic wrap with the pizza box lid.
    5.   put the newspaper around the inside of the pizza box.
    6.   you have done.

    Conclusion:

Because of the weather we did not do it.

    Renewable Energy

Aim: To make a presentation that investigates different renewable energy's.

This can be done on paper and uploaded or on a drawing program on your device. I do not want any Internet images or pictures. They must be hand-drawn using a ruler and labelled.

    1. Hydro Energy: Hydro energy refers to the conversion of energy, and another way is from flowing water into electricity.

    2. Solar Energy: If your house roof has solar panels, it is a device that converts light energy into electrical energy, and if you can't use all the energies, you can reserve the energy in a solar battery, and when you need it will give your house energy again.

3.Wind Energy: Wind turbines convert the kinetic energy in the wind into mechanical power a generator can convert mechanical power into electricity.

4.Wave Energy: Wave energy is the transport and capture of energy by ocean surface waves the energy captured is then used for all different kinds of useful work, including electricity.
Section 3; Investigate each of the 4 Energy Types.
      (Hydro, Solar, Wind, Wave )

      1. Type: Hydro energy, Approximately 80% of electricity comes from renewable energy, primarily hydropower and geothermal power.
        2. Is it used in NZ?

        Yes.
          3. Other Countries that use it?

The United States leads the world in hydroelectric dams, mostly due to its high level of technology and the plentiful supply of rivers, Canada, Brazil, and China also produce a large amount of hydroelectricity.

          4. How is it used to generate electricity?

Hydro energy refers to the conversion of energy, and another way is from flowing water into electricity.

          5. Draw and label a diagram of the main parts of the electricity generator?

Image result for parts of the wind power

Section 4: Renewable Energy in the future.

List 10 ways that renewable energy will be used in the future to replace our current activities.

          1. Solar energy can replace our solar energy car, and solar energy car doesn't need to use oil.

          2. Solar energy and wind energy can give energy to the TV.

          3. Solar energy can give energy to the hot water.

          4. Solar energy can give energy to the light.

          5. Solar energy can give energy to the street light.

          6. Solar energy can give the energy to wind power.

          7. Hydro energy can help plants use dams to create reservoirs where the water is stored.

          8. Wave energy can be pumping of water.

          9. Wind energy can preserve water resources.

          10. Wind energy can save 260 billion gallons.
