Food tech

Today in food tech and we are making chocolate cookies, yesterday we are making chocolate cookies, and today we are baking it, first, we need warm the cookies, and cut in 12 even weight little cookies, and row them see how heavy is it, our group is 358g and each weight is 29.1g, and we put it in the oven for 10 or 7 mins.

Then we take the cookies out, check the cookies are cooked, then we tack out the cookie and put it on a wood board, then we see how heavy is it when we see the weight, it says 27g, and the teacher asked us why the weight of the cookies is lighter.

I think when the cookie is being mod, the cookie has water in it when you baking it, the water is small and into evaporation and the evaporation is gone and the water weight is gone, and the cookie weight is lighter than before.
